I Have A Voucher, Why Can't I Access My Account?
Purchasing a pre-purchase voucher does not automatically create an account, so you will need to do this separately.
If you have not created an account before, you will need to do this even if you have purchased a pre-purchase voucher. If you create your account using the same email address used to purchase your pre-purchase voucher, they will be linked automatically. Your pre-purchase voucher will appear on your My Vouchers page once logged in.
