What is your Privacy Policy?

Here at MILK Books we understand that privacy is an important concern which is why we take privacy very seriously.

We use industry standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, change or damage. All personal information we collect is stored on secure servers, and electronic transactions entered into through our Website are protected by SSL encryption technology.

Your photos are private and will never be shared by MILK Books without your express permission.

We do work with a small number of trusted third-party providers who help us deliver our services (such as web hosting and payment processing). These partners are carefully vetted and are required to maintain privacy and security standards that meet or exceed our own.

To learn more, including details of the third parties we work with, please read our full Privacy Policy.

Sharing your content

You can choose to share your content by sharing it on the MILK Books Gallery. This is an opt-in service. After you have placed an order, you will be asked if you would like to share your project on our Gallery to be in to win Book of the Month.

If you do not tick the box, then we will not share your project on the Gallery. Your content will also not be used for Marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your content will only be available from within your own account.

If you would like to remove any content you have uploaded after you have received your order, you can click “Delete Book” on your My Books page. This does mean that if you would like to reprint your order, you will need to recreate it from the beginning.

If you notice that any of your content has been shared due to an error or if you have previously given permission to share content but would like to withdraw permission, please contact us here and we will urgently remove any of your content we have shared.
