To prevent fading of the images and cover materials we recommend storing your Photo Book, Album or Magazine in a dark place, ideally in one of our Presentation Boxes for optimal protection from light, dust, and environmental factors. If dark storage isn’t suitable then your creation should be stored away from direct sunlight and never left open for long periods of time.
Never store your Photo Book, Album or Magazine in an area where it may be subjected to extreme heat, humidity or any contact with moisture. A controlled environment with humidity of no more than 60% is recommended. Ventilation is key. If not storing your Photo Book, Album or Magazine in one of our Presentation Boxes, please place somewhere where air can freely circulate.

To prevent spine damage, you should never fold the pages or cover back on themselves. This stresses the binding, causing the spine to break and the cover to detach from the spine. This will also cause visible crease lines along the spine of Magazines and Softcover Photo Books.
When viewing your Magazine or Photo Book, always let the pages lay how they fall naturally. Never force them to lie flat, as this can damage the binding or spine. Over time and with use, the pages will relax and lie flatter.

Photo Albums, especially, should always be stored flat rather than vertically due to the weight of the thick pages which will stress the binding if stored incorrectly.
When viewing your Photo Book, Album or Magazine, always support the binding by resting the back cover on a clean surface. Never suspend your Photo Book, Album or Magazine by its cover as the weight of it may damage the binding.

We strongly advise against placing damp, dirty, or lit objects, such as candles, on or near your Photo Book, Album, or Magazine. Additionally, store your product out of reach of pets and young children.
