What Do I Do If My MILK Product Is Damaged In Transit?

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact customer service as soon as possible and we'll do our best to rectify the situation.

Please include your order number in your email notification and attach:

  1. Photo of outer plastic courier bag.
  2. Photo of damage to cardboard box packaging.
  3. Photo of corresponding damage to the product.

Please note: To claim insurance, we must contact the freight provider with proof of damage/loss within 30 days of the order being shipped. Please ensure you notify us as soon as possible.
