My order arrived damaged

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of delivery and we'll do our best to rectify the situation.

Please include your order number in your email and attach photos of:

  1. Photo of outer plastic sleeve.
  2. Photo of damage to cardboard box packaging.
  3. Photo of corresponding damage to the product.
