What do I do if my MILK product is damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact customer service within 10 days of delivery and we'll do our best to rectify the situation.

Please include your order number in your email and attach:

  1. Photo of outer plastic courier bag.
  2. Photo of damage to cardboard box packaging.
  3. Photo of corresponding damage to the product.

Contact us and we'll aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
