If you have not yet extended your pre-purchase voucher, you may be eligible for an extension.
You may request an extension of your pre-purchase voucher’s expiry date if the option is showing on the My Vouchers page of your MILK account. If your pre-purchase voucher is ineligible for an extension, you will see text showing on your My Vouchers page informing you of this. Expired pre-purchase vouchers will not appear on your My Vouchers page and are not eligible for an extension.
To extend the pre-purchase voucher, you will need to click the "Request Extension" button.
Once your pre-purchase voucher has been extended, the new expiry date will be confirmed on the My Vouchers page. Please note that once this new expiry date passes a further extension will not be possible.
It is important to note that you will need an account to extend your pre-purchase voucher. Registering an account is a separate step from purchasing a pre-purchase voucher. If you have not registered an account, you can do that here. You will need to use the same email address for your account that was used to purchase your pre-purchase voucher.
