All photo books, albums and print products are sent via a tracked service (either FedEx, DHL Express or DHL eCommerce depending on the Shipping option selected, and your shipping location). We ship orders going to a Hong Kong address via SF Express.
Our Economy Shipping option uses local postal providers to complete shipments. Therefore, shipping times will vary depending on your destination country.
For orders that require rural delivery we recommend contacting the carrier directly for an estimate timeframe.
At this stage we do not have an option to upgrade the freight of your order.
You can track the status of your order at any time under My Orders, and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your book has been dispatched. Depending on your book's destination, we suggest you allow 3–17 working days for delivery after dispatch (depending on whether you selected Priority or Economy Shipping).
If you'd like to place an especially large order (50 or more books) and have a deadline for delivery, please contact us via the Custom Orders contact form and we'll to be in touch advise on an estimated turnaround time for the order.
