Why Does My Order Status Still Say Printing?

While your order is in production, the order status on your My Orders page will show as Printing

There are many steps in our production process, but on your end it will only say Printing until your order is shipped. Please don't be alarmed if your order status remains as Printing for a while.

Once your order has been shipped, your order status will update to Shipped and you will be emailed a tracking link.
