      Will I Be Charged Customs Duties When Shipping To The UK?

      It is our understanding that orders shipped to the UK are exempt from being charged customs duties.

      The UK Government has confirmed that photo books qualify to be zero-rated. This is the usual experience for us when sending books to the UK. You can see this stated on the Government website below:

      We don't normally see our UK orders being charged custom duties. If you have shipped your order to the UK and FedEx contacts you regarding customs duties, we recommend disputing the charge with FedEx using the information provided in the link above.

      MILK is not able to dispute the charges for you as the importer (the customer) needs to contact FedEx directly to dispute any charges.
