What Resolution Should My Images Be?
To ensure a satisfactory print result, we suggest aiming for a resolution of 300dpi at the final size. Our software will alert you if this drops below 200dpi.
Please note, that the low-res alert function will only work correctly when uploading individual images into our pre-made templates. You can ignore our low-res alerts at your own discretion as we understand that in some instances sentimental value trumps print quality.
Final size refers to the size of your image when it has been been placed in the image placeholder in your project.
If you would like to know the DPI of your images at the final size, you can use the image quality tool. See more about the image quality tool here.
