What to do if you are having trouble tracing or locating your order.
If you don't receive your order within the maximum allotted turnaround time, you should check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for updates and/or directly contact the relevant freight service provider in the delivery destination in the first instance.
The relevant freight service provider for your order will be indicated by the tracking URL found on the My Orders page of your account, and in the shipping confirmation sent to you upon your order leaving the factory.
With orders sent via Economy Shipping, please check with neighbours and your local mail centre if the delivery status is "Delivered" and you are yet to receive it.
Note that Economy shipments use DHL eCommerce, a low-cost service which uses your local postal provider in the destination country. For more information on how to find your local tracking link refer to "How do I track my Economy Shipping Order."
Delivery times are our best estimate and delivery timeframes may vary depending on how your local postal services are running. Please expect some delays if delivering to an area that has had postal services delays.
If your freight provider confirms that the shipment is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may claim insurance on your behalf and process your reprint.
