Tracking Your Order - Find Order Info & Shipping Status

For order info & shipping status, head to the My Orders page of your MILK account. Once shipped, you can track your order via the "Track my order" link.

MILK uses a combination of FedEx, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce (for certain book formats only) and SF Express (for Hong Kong orders), to ship your order to the selected shipping destination. We will provide a tracking number for your order upon dispatch. Please note that it can take a day or two for your tracking information to update.

In order to take care of your precious cargo, all packages shipped via FedEx, DHL Express or DHL eCommerce must be signed for by the recipient. It is therefore important that these freight providers have the correct contact information for the recipient.

If you or the recipient won’t be home at the time that the delivery is scheduled, consider delivering to your office or ask a friend or family member to sign for the package on your behalf.

Orders being shipped via FedEx or DHL Express should take between 3–5 working days depending on your location. DHL eCommerce is slower, taking between 10-17 working days (depending on the delivery destination). SF Express delivery to Hong Kong typically takes 1–2 days.

Please note: If you've selected our Economy Shipping option, your order will be tracked via the DHL eCommerce website. DHL eCommerce only provides milestone tracking which means it may take some time before a new tracking event is displayed. Your package continues to travel to its destination despite the time between event updates.

If there are any issues or delays that show up on the tracking link during delivery, it is best to contact the freight provider in the first instance quoting your tracking number. For HK Post orders, please firstly check with your local mail center if the status is "delivered" but you haven't yet received it.
