You may see two transaction lines on your bank statement after you have placed an order.
Please note that as of 30 September 2024, we have updated our system so there should not be two charges on your bank statement. If you placed an order before 30 September and there are two charges on your bank statement, please refer to the information below.
When a transaction is processed with us, two halves of the transaction are shown in your bank statement - one for an Authorization and one for Completed. The authorization half of the transaction is 'held' while the other half is waiting to be completed. As soon as this payment is processed, the 'hold' should disappear, and the transaction will only be charged once.
The time that the 'hold' takes to drop depends on your bank so if it has not dropped within 48 hours, please contact your bank for more information. If you need further help, please contact us here.
