If you have difficulty applying your code, please note the following:
- Ensure you have chosen the correct type of book for your voucher, with the correct number of pages. If you've created the incorrect format, please get in contact with our customer service team to discuss your options.
- Ensure the code you are entering is the exactly as it appears on your voucher (with no copied in spaces and the hyphens/dashes included).
- Check you have selected any additional features, which may be included in your promotional offer, such as cover upgrades.
- If your code is for two or more books, please ensure these are included in your basket.
Make sure you have checked your voucher code’s expiration date (this will be stated on the voucher confirmation email and can also be found under MY VOUCHERS).
