There are four main reasons as to why your Voucher Code or Discount Code may not be applying at the checkout. If your issue persists, please contact us.
If you have difficulty applying your code, please note the following:- Ensure you have chosen the correct type of book or album for your voucher, with the correct number of pages. If you've created the incorrect format, please get in contact with our customer service team to discuss your options.
- Ensure the code you are entering is the exactly as it appears on your voucher (with no copied in spaces and the hyphens/dashes included).
- Check you have selected any additional features, which may be included in your promotional offer, such as cover upgrades.
Make sure you have checked your voucher code’s expiration date (this will be stated on the voucher confirmation email and can also be found on the MY VOUCHERS page in your account).
