There are four main reasons as to why your Voucher Code or Discount Code may not be applying at the checkout. If your issue persists, please contact us.
If you have difficulty applying your code, please note the following:- Ensure you have chosen the correct type of Photo Book or Photo Album for your voucher in the correct size and format. If you've created the incorrect format, you can change the format of your project to the correct one.
- Ensure the code you are entering is the exactly as it appears in your confirmation email or My Vouchers page with no copied in spaces and the hyphens/dashes included. You need to include the currency as well as the rest of the code, for example: USD-0225-JEAT4E
- Make sure you have checked your voucher code’s expiration date (this will be stated on the voucher confirmation email and can also be found on the My Vouchers page in your account).
- Ensure you are applying your code in the right place. Gift vouchers must be applied to the gift voucher field on the Payment page. They will not work when applied to the promo code field.
